On an episode of her new show, Ly revealed her mansion in Ho Chi Minh City, which was built from a 25-storey apartment building. Its theme colour is white, from the walls to the furniture, and it can host some 100 people, Kenh14 reports. There is a studio with high-end equipment for filming, a karaoke box and an entertainment room with a claw machine arcade game and pool table. She also has a cook and a florist who prepares fine dining meals for her and beautifies her house daily.
Before this house, Ly lived in another villa with European royal architecture, also in Ho Chi Minh City. It featured a gold theme, with luxurious furniture imported from Europe and gilded trim, per Kenh14.
But Ly doesn’t keep all her riches for herself. She generously built another 108,000 sq ft villa in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, and gave it to her mother. It features typical Vietnamese architecture of red tiles and wooden furniture, and includes a large worship room and a garden with a lotus pond, according to Ngoi Sao.
She also built a resort, including 16 European-style villas, and a farm for flowers and vegetables in Da Lat, per Ngoi Sao.
When she bought a 360 Ferretti for US$4.4 million in 2016, Ly became one of the first people in Vietnam to own a yacht. It has a living room, a dining room, an entertainment room, a bar and three bed cabins, all equipped with elegant furniture. She told Lao Dong that she uses the yacht to take her family on sunset trips along the Saigon River and to host important guests.
Ly has been seen with celebrities like actress Charmaine Sheh and wealthy Asian socialites she proudly calls her “foster family”, such as Indian billionaire Nitin Shah; Hong Kong’s Alice Chiu, who is Director of Henyep Group; Madame Wong, CEO of Asia-Pacific Enigma Group’s; Filipino politician and business tycoon Chavit Singson; and Burmese jade master Sofeen Hu, according to Kien Thuc. When she isn’t on the river, she has a US$1.8 million Rolls-Royce Ghost that she uses to travel around the city for work, events and business meetings, according to Tap Chi Sieu Xe. She also has a Jaguar F-Type R Convertible, which cost about US$500,000.

If something from a collection strikes her fancy, she buys the whole lot. “For example, if one line has 15 colours, I buy all 15,” she told Cafe Biz.
But she also added that it was more for her pleasure rather than being an obsession: “I love having famous brands, but I don’t depend on them. They are used to serve my needs. Therefore, after using them, I put them in the wardrobe and forget them rather than worship them like some people do.”

More than houses, cars or clothes, diamonds are Ly’s biggest passion, because houses and cars are too big to carry with her while diamonds have the same value but are easy to take along and show off, as she explained to Phu Nu Today.
She bought her first diamond at age 22 and even more rocks later before getting into the jewellery business to satisfy her passion, per Congly. She launched her Lynk High Jewelry Diamond Boutique in 2011, distributing jewellery from De Grisogono, Paolo Piovan, Crivelli Gioielli and Staurino. Later, she also introduced her own diamond line, Lynk.
“I count on my diamonds to [help me] forget all those sad lonely nights,” was her famous confession on a local TV show, Delicious Cuisine.
